Any custom parts bought & installed by your selling dealer within 60 days of the purchase of the bike can be added on to the SWR of the bike and will be covered for the two year unlimited warranty and if you have ESP they will pick it up where the factory stops, other wise and P&A only has a 90 day warranty and does not cover labor also any screamin beagle parts that are cross flag (off road use) in catalog are not covered peroid. Some dealers will work with you but if your on the road, beware. Also even performance parts can not void your warranty unless those parts are the cause of the problem, the warranty is still good for everything else.
