Urethane bar bushings?

Has anybody here tried these? Some of the other bushing kits mention making the bars less rubbery, but these specifically mention less vibration. Do they work?

I have the Harley urethane bushings. I had them installed when I changed my handlebars because the stock ones wear out. Urethane will last much longer.

Haven't noticed much vibration difference but it does give you a much more solid feeling in the handling.
