How oftn do you change the rim strip and tube. Do you do it every tire change or every couple of years.

I will use a rear tire every year and a front every 2 years.

Best bet is to change them with a tire replacement.

I changed them with every tire change on my '04 Road King (laced wheels). I don't know if it was necessary, but it made me feel better. My Ultra has the cast wheels so no more tubes.
