Transmission Drain Plug Access

I have a "new to me" 1996 FLSTF, my first big twin. The "Fatboy" is set up with drag pipes, which I love. The problem is, the front pipe restricts access to the tiny transmission drainplug, located on the SIDE of the softail transmission. Is there some way to remove the drain plug, without having to remove the front pipe? Any help is appreciated.

I have a T40 Torx bit removed from the socket.Just insert it and use a wrench to turn it.Unless it's a 3/16 allen I have one of those too.Putting it back in takes some finesse so you don't cross thread it.
