According to the service manual for my former bike ('09 Electra Glide Classic) the Transmission Fluid capacity was 32 oz. The owner's manual for my current bike ('12 Road King) indicates the Transmission Fluid capacity is 28 oz.
Has the transmission changed from '09 to '12? I changed the fluid in my Road King last night, and 28 oz. didn't cut it...ended up taking 32 oz. before it indicated full on the dipstick.
Just curious....
That is a good question. May want to call dealer to check for typo in the manual? 2012 Harley-Davidson FLHRC Road King Classic - USA Specifications/Technical Details
