Thanks for the follow up Dave but it's not what I wanted to hear. Guess they won't work on a Softail either.

Basically any model that has the crossover tank bibbs facing directly at each other (Dynas etc) will not allow a functional install of a disconnect.

The Touring model bibbs face to the front (parallel with each other) and allow a loop around for the disconnect to install without kinking the line.
