start with 1 cylinder, then the other

I have not re read the entire thread again yet, I am wondering if the pick ups in the cone are the problem. I remember replacing a lot of dyna systems in the 90's it was always the rear cylinder that would cause problems. Have not seen this with HD single fire units yet BUT, any thing is possible, Capital Jack

I don't anderstand what "pick ups" means.
Could you explain ?

The entire post says :
at cold start only the front cylinders works for 5-10 secondes before the rear cylinder starts.
- I swaped the injectors
- I tested the coils
- i changed the intake manifold seals
- i changed the spark plugs
- i swaped the sparkplug cables.
- i put back in place the rear lifters
- with the power commander installed, it add few seconds to the problem but without the powercommander it doesn't solve the problem neither.

The problem still occurs.

The pick ups are the trigger for the ignition, in the nose cone, does that help

With Triggers do you mean Sensors ?

On my model, there is no electronic in the nose cone, only cams, camplate and oil pump.
