Yep, that is what it sounds like, notice how far the rider is going away...! When I start up in the morning, I make sure I roll the bike all the way to the end of the driveway, suit up, startup and drive away gently, making sure I don't set off the two or three car alarms while doing so..."-Stealth mode"

So glad to hear sounds from across the pond...Get some riding in while there is still daylight and you won't feel tired. Out here in "suburbia" means you got to get out to the highway before the guys in blue with the sound and radar guns are out in force.
