Well guys it turned out to be some kind of fuel switch.

Some kind of fuel switch.? Can you be more specific. The invoice should have a part number of what they replaced. That is all I would need in order to sleep.

do a fuel pressure check. if the needle drops right away you have a hole (holes) in your intake fuel line inside the tank. I have an 02 Ultra and just replaced my second hose. good luck

That will cause the problem for sure. It's the fuel pressure regulator. Low fuel pressure will cause a host of problems including the ones you had.
