So this got me thinking, so I checked my HD t shirts and didn't find any made in Thailand and out of all I checked only 1 was from the US, and it's from Dudly Perkins San Francisco.

That article is so skewed. Excerpt from the article "This decision is not about moving away from American manufacturing but rather about optimizing production capacity for its core product segments" Sales have been declining since early 2010's, H.D. has shut plants and dealerships but they try to make it look like they are trying to keep up with U.S. demand. LOL But the offshore production IS basically for the models sold more on the global market than in the U.S.
