what is the difference I have a rocker c which do i need

The one they list on the HD website for an 08 FXCWC is the -08A

The "A" version is a later publish date.(Newer)

Aloha. I'm looking for the best service manual for my '09 Rocker for the best (cheapest) price.. would e-bay be the place to go? or is there another source? Clymer hasn't made one yet as far as I know.

"Best" and "cheapest" just don't go together. Get the official factory manual from Harley.
