The super tuner makes you're stock ECM 100% programable and nothing is piggy backed on you're system were as the S/E fueler stays hooked up to your bike and blankets the whole fuel map richer or leaner how ever you adjusted it, With the super tuner you can adj. front or rear cylinders differently, warm up fuel, spark advance, see spark knock and so much more, if you need or want advance tuning you'll want to take it to a shop with a dyno but you can also just download the custom built map from the super tuner, they have stage 1 & 2 maps they call race maps, not that they are for racing but they are not street legal is all (too rich for EPA), it also has a smart tune function that sugusts where you should make changes in your fuel map, you can also use it as a diagnostic tool. If you are good enough with a computer to post on this forum you can find your way around a super tuner. CD & Cables sold separately as well as a training CD. It gets into a little bit of money were as fueler is a lot easyer on your pocket book. If you go with a fueler I would recomend the TFI over the S/E fueler as there is a ton of good suport on this forum for it and it works for a lot of people, but if you feel you need more or are planning big upgrades down the road that a fueler won't cover the super tuner is it.What is the diferences between a Screaming Eagle EFI race tuner and a Screaming Eagle EFI race fueler? Are they the same thing?

I'm in the process of purchasing a bike with the Screaming Eagle Race Tuner Kit. I just spoke with the mechanic that I deal with and he told me the Power Commander is a much better option, is this correct or does it go back to personal preference. I'D like a little more torque on the low end but I don't need anything outrageous. Told me the same thing about the rinehart true duals having less hp compared to the Bassani. I don't need a speed machine but I don't want a dog either.
me i like the SEST/SERT tuners from SE and if i could afford one the Zippers kit![]()
