I was telling my Wife about the Gumbo. Told her with the big crowd I might just get a couple of spoons full but was sure looking forward to it. She is an excellant cook and went on about what might be some of the ingredients...I nodded at the appropriate times. Hey I might get the oppurtunity to haul some of the ingredients. I'm counting on it. 20 hours to get to Joes, I typically do better than the navigation time. But still there is not a lot of room for error, there in lies the adventure.

i will be headed out of Houston...maybe we should meet up before Joe's.... what route are you taking and i might change my planned route (the one i have planned is boring)
