Screamin Eagle roller rockers are quite noisy. What's better, quieter rocker?

I have no experience with them but I hardly think you can go wrong with S&S. Lots of happy customers using their rollers.

Rollers are noisier than stock; no matter the brand. Crane made the quietest but I don't know where you can get them any more. Unless lift is greater than .600", run stock rocker arms. I run stock with a set of TMans 600SM cams without noise or any other issues.
