RKC Drivers Backrest ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

I need the Assembly Instructions for the Road King Classic Drivers Adjustable backrest. (Or one similar to it.) I think the part# is 52712-97.

I have the backrest and cable, just need the instructions on how to assemble it.
