River city loop route around the Llano area?

I keep hearing a River (City Loop Route) around the Llano area but am unable to find this ride, was hoping someone could assist me with this.

Supposed to be a very nice twistie and with a spring country side it's supposed to be an awesome ride.

Do you mean the Willow City Loop off of TX 16 south of the Enchanted Rock State Park road?
