Replacing Brakes

How did you remove the calipers? Yo did not split the calipers in half by mistake did you? There are sealing o rings there that will need to be replaced and bleed the system

I was thinking of my truck brakes. thats what i did then, i had loosened the 2 smaller bolts first then pulled them off and thats when the brake fluid started pouring out. guess i need to get some seals now. fudge!!

Good write up and nice to have pics to go with it.

The only improvement would be to clean and add lube around the pistons "before" you push them back in. That way, there will be a bit more lubricant and corrosion prevention in there .
