the rear master cyclinder builds up pressure in a 3-4 mile distance and brakes will nearly lock up.The rod is plenty loose when I leave home but in a short time the pedal is tight and brakes are real tight.:bigsmiley19:
 
Have you bled the brakes well. Usually it's the air in the system that will expand causing this.
 
Has the axle bushing an the carrier worn out?If so that'll allow the caliper to cock and drag the brake pads on the rotor enough to overheat everything and ruin the rotor.Check this soon.
 
I think I got it fixed.I put in a new cyclinder kit and made sure to bleed all air out.Its working okay now .
