Question About Line Coming Out Of Tranny

Friends, I have a 2014 Heritage and noticed when cleaning it up this evening, the line coming out of the transmisson is frayed in front of the connector(?) Does this need Immediate attention before a ride...or do you think it will be ok to have it replaced this spring?

That is just the decorative cover over the clutch cable, might also be heat proofing. I wouldn't worry about it,
