question about fitting

Would a toe and heal shifter off of an 09 RG fit an 07 RG ?

I do need one, on one of mine the splines got tweeked. Someone was selling them for $10 each off of his 09 RG. I know that these are the common part to vibrate loose and fall off. So having an extra seems good. Cheap money.
