pull back w/o cable change?

would anyone know what i can do to bring the bars on my 07 heritage back without having to replace the stock cables etc?
is there a riser that can simply be installed that will do this for me? i'm only talking a couple of inches.
is there a limit that i can't go beyond or will i need to change everything?
i heard that cable changes can get spendy.

Hobbit nailed it there. You have a bit of leeway if you just go back, but up is a different story. You need longer cables and lines if you go much more than and inch, maybe two depending on the bike.
