Panhead compression (psi)?

1952 FL Panhead. What should the compression be? I have checked the compression in both cylinders with throttle open and then again with 3 squirts of oil in each cylinder. First readings in both about 65#. After oil, about 85#. What should the compression be????? Any other help would be appreciated.

You should be able to pull over 100# IMO or it needs some work.

65# is low.

Even with low compression pistons you should be higher and about equal in both cylinders, looks like a top end job, you will need hardened seats for the valves if it has not already been done
