What file you want to try is totally up to you.
But I would do is go into the file of your PRESENT map that is loaded in the ECM right now and make a small harmless change. For example,, the front cylinder spark advance and change just 1 cell to a different value. Something that means absolutely nothing like 24 degrees to 25 degrees in just 1 cell. This way the entire file will be looked at "As New". Now save the file using "Save As" and give it a special name you will remember. Once you have that file copied you can always restore that file. If that 1 cell that was changed bothers you, just change it back to what it was. But believe me, you will never feel 1 degree difference based over a span of 200 RPM.
You also can view each and every map that is loaded right now and print it out. This way you will always have a hard copy of each cell value.
