having a 24ci motor and a 3" belt primary with no compensator i usuallly burn though a stator rotor a year . thanx alot for your help , i will continue to try to figure this pain in the (EDIT) problem out . + rep for you hoople . in the mean time its the trickle charger every night until i get her figured off to sturgis north in salmon arm british colombia canada next weekend for the 1st anual event there ... hope no more problems arize that i cant charge though . thanx again and ride hard !

just an update . peeled back the ground on the frame and half the wires were busted in half and the rest had a bunch of corrosion ... replaced it . seemed to do the trick ... lol thanx for the help
