After a battery disconnect on my '02 ultra, the starter won't engage. The blinkers, lights, horn, all work. I was going to try to re-marry the tssm but the security light doesn't stay on for more that about ten seconds instead of the 10 minutes the procedure says it should take in the first step. When I do the ON_OFF_ON_OFF_ON and hit the left blinker twice, like the manual says, I only get one blink instead of the 2 or 3 the manual says I should have. After digging, I found that only one blink indicates "TSM Worldwide, no security". The fob will activate the security indicator in the speedo but the flashers never signal. It appears to arm and disarm according to the indicator, but no turn signal indication. I also am having trouble bringing up the codes if there is any. All of the procedures I have found seem to be for an '04 or later. Any suggestions?
