oil switch question

Ok right now I'm running HD 20w/50 dino in my motor but want to switch to synthetic when I change oil again (few days) I was told if I didn't flush out the dino well it would mix with the synthetic and ball up in motor is this tru and if so can anyone tell me a way of flushing out the old oil well so this dosen't happen?

That is absolutely untrue. They will mix with no problem at all. Just drain the oil and refill it.

been using amsoil 4 years now and no problems. The first time I used it it was mixed with the left over oil and Im sure it deluted it a bit but no problem per amsoil. Figured the 2nd oil change would get rid of most of the left over.
