Oil Leak between Cyl and Trans Case (at base of cyl)

I am experiencing oil leaks between the cylinder and the trans case, what could be the reason. I want to take my bike to the dealer, but first I would like to hear your ideas.

Glider,

It is seeping at the base of the cyl on to the top of the engine case. If you remember, I had the problem (3 x's) with the engine case leaking on the bottom. They replace the case per MOCO and it now leaks on the top.

Please advise.

Sounds like it's back to the dealer again. It should still be their problem after 3X if they indeed changed it. Could be a casting flaw or a bad "O" ring at the cylinder base.
