New tank emblem

I had a little time on my hands with some snowy weather outside so I decided to convert a couple of Harley belt buckles into tank emblems. I had previously removed the stock ones which I didn't really care for. I saw these buckles at the Harley shop and thought, hmmmm, I wonder? With a little work with the dremel I was able to match the curve of the tank. Just thought I'd share it with you folks.

Regarding the installment of the emblems. I used automotive double sided adhesive tape that a friend at a body shop uses to attach trim pieces>

How did you attach the buckle to the tank?

I was thinking the same thing.:dknow

My dad gave me a buckle for my birthday a few years ago, I think it will look better on a bike than on me:nosad

I want to put it on the center of my tourpak.

Did you glue it? its kind of heavy!
