New pipes gonna hurt without jetting?

My 04 XL122C has a screaming eagle stage I kit and has SEII's on it. It's been jetted for that set up. My short shots got in today, how off is the jetting going to be? Am I going to hurt anything by putting them on and riding it till i can get it to the dyno? That'll probabally be 2 or 3 weeks.

You should be ok until you can get it on the dyno.

Will the dyno be worth it? I always jet my dirtbikes myself but my sportster runs perfect, I want it to be spot on again and am not sure how close i can get it doing it myself.
