New from Western PA

Welcome to the forum from Suwannee. Before you lower the bike you will want to look into a lower seat or to have the current one reworked and boots with thicker soles. Lowering the bike will affect the handling and parts will start dragging in the twisties.

Already have corbin lowered seat and burly lowered shocks. I can just touch the ground and would like a little more stability. I have ridden many lowered bikes and know that handling changes but I like the comfort of being able to steady a 750 lb bike. I know the twisties can be a little challengingnwith a lowered bike but when trying to hold up a bike or push it backwards it is much easier when you can plant your feet firmly on the ground. I got the kit when I bought the bike and the shocks were an easy install but I am not sure I want to take on removing the forks and installing the slammer kit myself.

Glad to have you aboard! :ws:rider
