My Air Cleaner Bolt

The bolt never reached torque, the head fell off I was able to screw the threads out by hand, it appeared to be a 2 piece bolt, the likes I have never seen before, remember the old days when a big phillps head screw held the ac on?

My 08 is held on by a Phillips, old days?

Looks like a piece of junk hardware on an expensive machine!
