Lights going on / off

I have a 1995 Road King. Recently, while riding, the all lights will go out for approximately 1 to 3 minutes, and then come back on. I've checked the wiring and connections and do not see any problems. Would the relay cause this issue?

That is exactly how a failing, or overloaded relay would act. They heat up, shut off until they cool, and come on again just to repeat the cycle. Have you added any larger wattage bulbs lately?

As stated above , this relais is called a "Circuitbreaker " If it's still original , it could be due for replacement , after 27 years.
They are not expensive , and save you a lot of headache.
