So I'm sitting here thinking after this riding season, maybe in late Fall, I'll replace my '04s Tensioner Shoes again. Since I keep her pretty stock motor wise and now ride like an old man it's just a maintenance thing. So being basically an overthinker and always looking for short cuts (meaning lazy) here's what I'm wondering. I'll replace the lifters along with the inner cam bearings too. Since the cam plate will be out and I already have adjustable push rods... can the lifters be replaced from below in the cam chest? Saving me pulling the lifter blocks? Just a thought.
