Licsence mod for STDelux

Well I did a little mod today that might save me or you a few bucks. I have been thinking about the license plate that sticks straight up in the air on my ST Deluxe & the 82.00 price tag to get one of those lay down semi curved ones. Everything about this bike has a old school radius or curve type motion to it so I took the mounting brackets apart and put the mounting bracket in my table vice and beat the heck out of it with a wooden mallet. The results looks good to me & I used the original parts and modified it just a little.

I think it looks good, I did something similar with a bike I had, but I rolled the whole frame around a metal pipe to arc it some. Nice job!
