Left Side blinker stays on, hazard's ok

Start simple. Replace the bulbs on that side. Make sure you get an appropriate type of bulb (one or two contact points at the bottom as approriate and staggered/opposite bayonnets) that is the same type as in there now. I would replace both front and back on the side that is malfunctioning. Just take the bulbs out and go to Walmart or an auto parts place and match them.

To add to what TQ said, take the bulbs out of the GOOD side and match them, not the ones that are giving you a problem.
