On my ’09 Sportster Iron 883 I plan to install an LED strip in place of the reflector on the rear fender. These LED's are wired to run as a taillight and then a brake light if desired.
If I wire them this way would the LED brake light blink when the turn signal is on? This is similar to when a non-factory 3rd brake light was installed often you would see the 3rd brake light blink whenever the turn signal was on. I have looked through the posts on using LED’s but haven’t found anything definite on this subject. I saw one post where glider put up a wiring diagram of a taillight but am not certain this would apply to my bike.
