I have seen members posting about the RK classic and Custom bags getting the wrinkle on the covers and I had the same problem with my 07 RKC.
What I have found to work is a treatment with a leather care product followed by some basking in the sun after the application which usually shrinks the covering back to it's original size and eliminates the wrinkles that they get.
I apply a liberal coating and let it soak in then remove the excess and sit them in the sun.
