I haven't been on my Harley for about 10 months due to back surgery, and it is time to get back in the wind. But I have a problem that I can't seem to isolate. I have a 05 Fatboy, and it is running fine, except that there is no power getting to the wheels. Everything sounds fine, fluids are good etc. I am hoping that someone will have some other ideas to check. I have a screaming Eagle Stage 2 kit installed, and everything there is fine as well. To explain, it feels like I am starting out in 2nd gear, and I can only get to about 50mph in 5th gear. Please let me know if anyone has any ideas what the problem could be.

Check your oil level in the tank. It could be sumping which is the oil draining down into the engine sump. When the fly wheels run through it, the momentum of the engine is lost.
