K&N air filter leaks oil?

My guess is it's too saturated with the oil that they come with or if you cleaned it you put too much back on it.

Remove the filter and dry it off, look at the breather tube's and see if they look wet inside, may be blow by if this has been happening for awhile but if it started after servicing the filter it may have been that too much oil was sprayed on it.

I used too much oil on mine once and it dripped red like blood for a while.

Good point, I should have asked if it was motor oil or the red oil used to coat the filter.

If the problem turns out to be blow by, you can bypass the filter by re-routing the breather tubes. There are posts about it in the self help section. Search under "oil drip from the throttle body onto the air filter"
