Indicators on a heritage Softy Classic

On a 2005 Softail Heritage Clasic, is it possible to change that awful chrome bar on the back and fit bullet style indicators? If yes, can you also do the front?

Has anyone any knowledge, or where I may be able to get the parts to do this mod?

I believe the dealers have a similar setup for the RK's and it fits others also.They also have a similar unit for the front too. The Kuryakyn is a good piece of equipment. I have a lot of it on mine.
