I have returned to the builder about the lope in low range. The 31 code has been there for at least a year. Builder is not responsible for code. I will be getting bike inspected and I will have them check the code.

If the code has been there for a year, it should be cleared but is not the source of your problem and not the responsibility of the builder. However, the builder is responsible for his work and should have delivered to you a smooth running motor with no issues. A good builder would have called your attention to the code and had it cleared as part of the build process. Don't let the bulider's problem become your problem.:s
