IAC = Idle Air Controler. The newer Delphi F.I. has it, and it is a stepper motor located near the mouth of the intake used to control air flow through a narrow opening at idle. It's what the idle air screw is on a carb. I don't know if the M. Morelli F.I. has it. I know nothing about the M.M. fuel injection.
