Identifying Side-car?

In the past I saved some images of this rig...it was for sale I think in CA. I did not save the text to got with the image. However, does anyone on the forum know what make or brand of side-car this is? Could it be old? (now this color scheme really spins my beanie!:breakdance

Sorry don't know what it is, but I saw that rig in Panama City Beach at Thunder on The Beach in Setember. If it's not the same one then there are 2 of them.
