i shipped my 2001 softail from usa to uk it will only crank over all lights work there is gas in the tank and there is a spark ,could my carb blocked

there is gas coming out of the tank when i disconect the line and ther is a spark took the plugs out i put a small amount of gas in the head put the plugs back and it fired for a second that,s why i,m thinking the carb is blocked as i could only ship it with a small amount of gas in the tank and it could have pulled small amounts of dirt through .
