How do I cash out?

I see that I'm accumulating some casino cash in my profile. How do I cash out? I like to quit while I'm ahead. Seriously though, is there a purpose to the casino cash?

Hey, I thought it was the running total of someones investment in their bike, that they were matching it for some big payoff for all of their investment in Harley stock (as if THAT were possible).
