With the advent of "unit body construction" everything is integral to the body...no surprise that no adjustment is available for the hinges which bolt right into inserts in formed recesses in the pillars. Oft times you could use shims, but that was past a long time ago. The ol' 2x4 Lift method does work temporarily, but you should inspect area to see if loose hardware, bent sheetmetal mounting or hinge parts are worn. Hoop and Steve have you covered...!
