Does any one have the HD mirrors that have the running lights and turn signals on them?
It says that they are to be used as aux lights but I was wanting to use them as the primary running lights and turn signals and eliminate the other lights to clean up the front of the bike a little. Are they bright enough to safely use them for this purpose? I'm not asking if it "legal" to use them this way, just if anyone that has them thinks that they are adequate to get the attention of other people on the road. Also, what do they look like when the bike is off? Does the smoked lens blend in well enough to give them a stealth look when the bike is sitting? I'm assuming that I'll need a load compensator to keep the flashers working correctly since they are LED.
