This was provided by CDN Bigfoot to help identify the 12V accessory plug wiring on 2006 Sportsters & Dynas:

2006 Sportster and 2006 Dyna have an accessory plug under the seat. An HD splitter is used to make it a 3 port connector.

Here's the plug marked with a yellow arrow.

This plug gives you contact through the HD electrical harness to the positive terminal. Any accessories will also need a ground wire attached. It's called a "B Positive" plug.
