Harley Ultra Limited Low (2016)ts

My friend just Purchased a Ultra Limited Low (2016) In the past the Ultra Limited came with heated handle grips. His did not. Anybody else that's got a '16 Limited that did not come with Heated Handle Grips?

Limiteds have heated grips standard.Lows have no heated grips.$250 and You can add them.Lows do not have passenger footboards.They are peg type,like Street Glide.
