Harley in Mexico

Was down in central Mexico earlier this month and saw this Harley. It must be an export model as it isn't one I've seen before here in the U.S. If it hadn't been for the tank emblem would not have known it was a Harley.

Wonder what oil he uses... Don't have to wonder IF he uses Pledge OR even water.
